Section 375-B:3-a Regulation of Refuse Transporters. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any person who transports refuse as defined in RSA 149-M:4, XXIII and otherwise qualifies as a common or contract carrier shall not be exempt from the provisions of this chapter by virtue of the fact that such person transports refuse. Refuse as defined in RSA 149-M:4, XXIII shall be considered to be property for the purpose of this chapter. A person who transports refuse as a common or contract carrier shall be required to meet the provisions of this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter and shall be subject to the penalties specified.
