Section 384-B:4 Penalty for Violation. - New Hampshire Statutes

Whoever willfully violates any provision of this chapter or the conditions upon which any application was granted by the board, shall forfeit to the state $100 a day for every day or part thereof during which such willful violation continues. Any such violation shall be forthwith reported by the commissioner to the attorney general, and the forfeiture may be recovered by an information or other appropriate proceeding brought in the superior court in the name of the commissioner.
