Section 384-B:5 Injunction. - New Hampshire Statutes

Upon an information or other proceeding the court may issue an injunction restraining such bank holding company or bank or its or their officers, directors, agents, and employees from further action in violation of any provision of this chapter or the conditions upon which any application was granted by the board during the pendency of such proceeding, or permanently, and may make such other order as justice may require.
