Section 384-D:7 Existing Trust Deposits. - New Hampshire Statutes

This chapter shall apply to present deposits in banks in any form described herein, provided that no trustee or beneficiary of any such deposit has deceased prior to the effective date hereof; and the continued maintenance of such present deposits in banks shall be construed as constituting acceptance of the legal effect hereof by all such trustees and beneficiaries to the extent that any such acceptance and consent may be required to permit this chapter to apply to present deposits.
