Section 384-E:3 Location of Complementary Facility. - New Hampshire Statutes

Each complementary facility established pursuant to this chapter shall be located in the same city or town as that in which the bank maintains the office of which such complementary facility is to be an adjunct. No complementary facility shall be established or maintained at a location which is more than 1,000 feet from the principal office or branch office of the bank of which it is to be an adjunct; nor shall any such complementary facility be established within 200 feet of the principal office or a branch office of another banking institution without the written consent of such other banking institution. For purposes of this chapter, distances shall be measured along a straight line drawn between the wall of the principal office or branch office of a bank and the nearest wall of the complementary facility.
