NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES AND CODES

Section 384:11 Notice of Election.

The person acting as clerk of such corporation shall, within 10 days after the election or appointment of trustees or directors, notify all persons elected to such office, and within 30 days thereafter shall notify the bank commissioner in writing of the names and residence addresses of those who have taken the oath of office. In addition to the foregoing, mutual institutions shall conspicuously post for 30 days in the lobby of the main office of the institution a list of those who have taken the oath of office.
