Section 384:12-d Notice to Federal Authorities. - New Hampshire Statutes

In connection with any proceeding under this subdivision involving a financial institution under the concurrent supervision of a federal agency and the commissioner, the commissioner shall provide the appropriate federal agency with notice of such proceeding and the grounds therefor.
