Section 384:13 Record. - New Hampshire Statutes

There shall be kept by every savings bank, state bank, and trust company in this state a record of all loans and investments of every description made by said institution in such form as the commissioner may approve, which shall show that such loans or investments have been made pursuant to RSA 384:4, and which shall indicate such particulars respecting such loans or investments as the commissioner shall direct. This record shall be submitted to the trustees and to the commissioner at each examination required by law. Such loans or investments shall be classified in this record in such manner as the commissioner shall direct.
