Section 384:17 False Statements. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any trustee or director of any institution under the supervision of the bank commissioner, who shall make a statement which purports to be the condition of an institution examined by him, without having fully and carefully examined into such condition, or who shall make a false statement thereof with an intent to deceive, shall be guilty of a class B felony.
