Section 384:20 Embezzlement; False Entries. - New Hampshire Statutes

If any such director, trustee, or officer shall embezzle, abstract or willfully misapply any of the money, funds, or credits of the institution, or shall make any false entry in any book, report, or statement of the institution, with intent in either case to injure or defraud it or any corporation or person, or to deceive any officer of the institution or any committee or examiner appointed to examine the affairs of the institution, or the bank commissioner, such director, trustee, or officer shall be guilty of a class A felony.
