Section 384:25 Recovery of Forfeiture. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any violation of the provisions of the preceding section shall forthwith be reported by the commissioner to the attorney-general; and the forfeiture may be recovered by an information or other appropriate proceeding brought in the superior court in his name.
