Section 384:34 Petition to Court. - New Hampshire Statutes

If any adverse claim shall be made to such passbook or certificate before a duplicate has been issued, or if the issuance of a duplicate therefor shall be refused, such claimant or depositor may petition the superior court for relief, and such court may, after due notice and hearing, make such order as justice shall require.
