Section 384:60-b Examination of Out-of-State Branches of New Hampshire Banks. - New Hampshire Statutes

The bank commissioner shall be authorized to conduct or to enter into agreements with federal bank regulatory agencies or bank regulatory agencies of other states to examine out-of-state offices of New Hampshire banks or New Hampshire bank holding companies. The cost of such examinations shall be chargeable and paid in accordance with the provisions of RSA 384:60-a and RSA 383:11, I. The provisions of RSA 384:60-a shall apply to department examination personnel employed in making such examinations.
