Section 385:3 Statement of Proceedings as Evidence. - New Hampshire Statutes

Said written statements shall be prima facie evidence of the facts therein set forth in all proceedings at law and in equity wherein evidence of such facts would be competent. The provisions hereof shall not impair any right relative to such safes or boxes or their contents which such corporation would otherwise have.
