Section 386-A:13 Certificate. - New Hampshire Statutes

A majority of the trustees or directors who are elected at such first meeting shall sign and make oath to a certificate setting forth:
   I. A true copy of the articles of agreement, the names of the subscribers thereto, and the name, residence and post office address of all the officers, trustees or directors of the corporation.
   II. The date of the first meeting and the successive adjournments thereof, if any.
   III. A copy of the records.
