Section 386-A:3 Signing Articles. - New Hampshire Statutes

Each such incorporator shall subscribe to the articles of agreement his name, residence, post office address, and the number of units of capital debentures (in the case of a mutual savings bank) or the number of shares of special deposit or stock (in the case of a guaranty savings bank) which he agrees to take. Each initial signer must subscribe to one or more of such units or shares.
