Section 386-B:10 Filing of Amended Charter. - New Hampshire Statutes

Contemporaneously with consummation of the reorganization, duplicate originals of the amended and restated charter adopted by the mutual savings bank under RSA 386-B:2, III, governing the continuing entity as a mutual holding company, shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state, together with a filing fee of $25. The secretary of state shall record one of the duplicate originals in his office, and issue and return to the representative of the mutual holding company a certificate of amendment to which he shall attach the other original. The amended and restated charter of the continuing entity as a mutual holding company shall take effect as of the date of the filing of such duplicate originals in the office of the secretary of state.
