Section 387:19-a Charter Provisions. - New Hampshire Statutes

In the event that the provisions of the special act incorporating or chartering any savings bank contain provisions more restrictive than those of RSA 387:19, it is hereby confirmed to have been and be now the legislative intent that the provisions of RSA 387:19 shall, in such circumstances, control and take precedence over any such more restrictive charter provisions.
