Section 387:22 Deposits of Cash. - New Hampshire Statutes

Deposits of cash may be made only in some national bank located in the New England states or in the cities of New York and Philadelphia, or in some bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of this state or Massachusetts, Vermont, or Maine, or in some bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the state of New York and located in New York City or in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston by banks which are members thereof.
