Section 388:14 Name and Charter Powers. - New Hampshire Statutes

The bank resulting from a consolidation under the provisions of this chapter may adopt the charter of either of the consolidating banks with such change of name as may be desirable. Any proposal for such adoption of charter and change of name shall be set forth in the petition filed under RSA 388:1 and 388:8 and shall become effective upon approval thereof by the bank commissioner, and filing in the office of the secretary of state together with the payment of a fee of $35.
