Section 390:3 Dividends. - New Hampshire Statutes

No such corporation shall declare any dividend except from its earnings remaining after deducting all losses, all sums due for expenses, and all overdue debts upon which no interest has been paid for a period of 6 months, unless the same are well secured and in process of collection.
