Section 392:15 Certificate. - New Hampshire Statutes

A majority of the directors or managers who are elected at such first meeting shall sign and make oath to a certificate setting forth:
   I. A true copy of the organizational instrument, the names and business post office address of the organizers thereto, and the name and business post office address of the directors, managers, and officers of the trust company.
   II. The date of the first meeting and the successive adjournments thereof, if any.
   III. A copy of the records.
