Section 392:16 Approval of. - New Hampshire Statutes

Such certificate shall be submitted to the commissioner, who shall examine the same, and who may require such amendment thereof or such additional information as he or she may consider necessary. If he or she finds that the certificate is consistent with the decision of the board pursuant to RSA 392:8 and that the proceedings in other respects conform to the provisions of this chapter, he or she shall so certify and indorse his or her approval upon said certificate and the organizational instrument.
