Section 392:17 Record of Organizational Instrument. - New Hampshire Statutes

Within 90 days after a favorable decision pursuant to RSA 392:8, petitioners shall file with the secretary of state the organizational instrument. The secretary of state, upon payment of a fee equal to the fee charged by the secretary of state to business corporations under RSA 293-A if the trust company is a corporation or the fee charged to limited liability companies under RSA 304-C if the trust company is a limited liability company, shall cause the same, with the indorsement thereon, to be recorded.
