Section 392:22 List of Owners. - New Hampshire Statutes

When all of the initial investment in the capital of the trust company has been paid, a complete list of the investors, with the name and post office address of each, and the number of shares or interests held by each, shall be filed with the bank commissioner, which list shall be verified by the president and clerk or secretary of the trust company.
