Section 392:34 Pledge of Assets. - New Hampshire Statutes

Such trust company may be authorized, by vote of its board of directors or managers, to pledge the assets of its commercial department to the United States when such action is necessary or desirable to secure deposits in said department by the United States government in connection with war loan deposit accounts or other similar accounts.
