Section 392:35 Transfer Agent, Acting as. - New Hampshire Statutes

Such trust company may be authorized and empowered to act as agent for the purpose of issuing, registering, or countersigning certificates of stock, bonds, or other evidence of indebtedness of any corporation, association, municipal corporation, county or state government, on such terms as may be agreed upon.
