Section 393:31 Limitation. - New Hampshire Statutes

For shares issued after July 1, 1939, corporations may by bylaw provide that when the aggregate of calls for withdrawal exceeds the funds available the directors may limit the amount to be paid each month to each withdrawing shareholder provided that said limitation shall not apply to calls for withdrawals of amounts of $100 or less to a shareholder, and further provided the amount to be paid on calls for over $100 shall in no event be limited to less than $100 each month.
