Section 393:41 Procedure. - New Hampshire Statutes

Any building and loan association incorporated under the laws of this state, or the holders of a majority of the stock thereof, and any cooperative bank, incorporated under the laws of this state, or the holders of a majority of the stock thereof, or any other building and loan association incorporated under the laws of this state, or the holders of a majority of the stock thereof, may apply by petition to the superior court for a decree authorizing a union of said building and loan association with said cooperative bank or other building and loan association and a dissolution of said first named building and loan association in the manner as provided by RSA 388.
