Section 394-A:4 Savings Banks and Savings and Loan Associations. - New Hampshire Statutes

Subject to the provisions of RSA 394-A:7, any mutual savings bank, guaranty savings bank, cooperative bank, building and loan association or savings and loan association shall have and may exercise any power, right, benefit or privilege, now or hereafter authorized for federal savings banks or federal savings and loan associations or both such federal thrift types by federal legislation, regulation or ruling.
