Section 394-B:2 Limitation on Use of Words ""Credit Union''. - New Hampshire Statutes

Except associations heretofore incorporated, no person, corporation, partnership, or association shall use a name or title containing the words ""credit union'' or any derivation thereof or be represented in his or its advertising or otherwise, as conducting business as a credit union, except a credit union organized under the provisions of this chapter, or under the Federal Credit Union Act, or except organizations whose membership is composed exclusively of credit unions.
