Section 394-B:29 Qualifications. - New Hampshire Statutes

Except in the case of a credit union with fewer than 11 members, no more than one member of the board of directors of a credit union shall be a member of the supervisory committee of such credit union nor shall any such director be an employee or compensated officer of the credit union.
