Section 397-B:10 Exemption. - New Hampshire Statutes

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any bank, trust company, savings and loan association, or cooperative bank, savings bank, or credit union which may be chartered by this state or any other state or by any agency of the United States, or to any other person not within the intent of this chapter as the commissioner may designate by rule or order, nor shall the registration provisions of this chapter apply to any individual or entity licensed by the banking department as a mortgage banker in accordance with RSA 397-A.
