Section 406-C:15 Examination Authority. - New Hampshire Statutes

The insurance activities of financial institutions pursuant to RSA 384:16-b, III and this chapter shall be subject to examination by the commissioner and the commissioner is authorized to impose reasonable and customary assessments on the financial institution for such examination.
