Section 408:20 Trust Fund. - New Hampshire Statutes

Of the trust fund or reserve required to be accumulated and maintained by RSA 408:17 such corporation shall deposit in trust with the commissioner, before being licensed as aforesaid, and shall keep on deposit with him, securities at least equal in value to the amount which one assessment call upon its certificate or policyholders would produce; but the corporation shall have at all times, on approval of the commissioner, the right to exchange any part of said securities for others of like amount and character.
