Section 408:41 Changes in Certificate. - New Hampshire Statutes

Changes in the certificate necessitated by changes in the personnel of the principals, officers, directors, or managing agents of any registrant, may be made at any time upon written application to the commissioner, accompanied by a statement of change within 5 days after such a change is made. Upon the issue of the amended certificate the original certificate shall be promptly surrendered to the commissioner for cancellation.
