Section 408:9 Policy Contract. - New Hampshire Statutes

Every policy of insurance issued or delivered within this state by any life insurance corporation doing business within the state, together with the application therefor, a copy of which application shall be endorsed upon or attached to the policy and made a part thereof, shall constitute the entire contract between the parties.
