Section 420-B:8-e Benefits for Autologous Bone Marrow Transplants. - New Hampshire Statutes

Benefits for authologous bone marrow transplants in the treatment of breast cancer shall conform to the requirements of RSA 415:18-c. Such benefits shall not be subject to any greater deductible than any other benefits provided by the health maintenance organization. The coinsurance required by the enrolled participant shall not exceed 20 percent of the reasonable and customary charge for the services provided.
