Section 421-B:31-a Interstate Cooperation. - New Hampshire Statutes

The secretary of state and the secretary of state's staff shall maintain close relations with the securities and corporate administrators of other states and shall actively participate in the activities and affairs of the North American Security Administrators Association and other organizations so far as it will, in the secretary of state's judgment, enhance the purposes of the securities and corporate laws. The actual and necessary travel and related expenses incurred in attending meetings of said association, their committees, subcommittees, hearings, and other official activities, as well as the general expenses of participation in such associations, shall be a charge on available funds and the appropriation of the office of the secretary of state.
