12:6-14 - Violations; penalty - New Jersey Statutes

12:6-14.  Violations;  penalty    The holder of a permit violating any of the provisions of this article or any of the conditions of the permit, shall be liable to a penalty of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to be recovered in a civil action in the name of the department.  Such penalty, when recovered, shall be for the use of the State and payable into the State treasury.
