12:6A-2.  Power to use facilities and services of other governmental agencies    The Division of Navigation is further authorized and empowered to use the facilities and services of any branch of the Federal Government or of the State  Government, or of any county or municipality within the State, and any funds  which may now be available or which may hereafter be appropriated by the  Federal Government, or any division of the State Government, or of any county  or municipality within the State for the purpose of beach erosion, and beach  protection.
