13:1B-15.161.  Information on public computer network3.  Within one year of  the publication of  the pamphlet completed pursuant to section 2 of this act, the Department of Environmental Protection shall make the information contained in the pamphlet available to the public through a widely available nonproprietary cooperative public computer network.
