17:12B-19 - Hearing
17:12B-19. Hearing At such hearing or at any adjournment thereof which may be granted by the commissioner, there shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard to anyone desiring it. The commissioner shall also make such independent examination or investigation of such application as the circumstances shall require.
