17:12B-285.  Fees     The following fees shall be paid to the commissioner for the use of the State.  The fees shall be in the minimum amount indicated or in such amount as provided by regulation of the commissioner, which amount shall not exceed the maximum amount provided below:

     e.   Report required by subjection j.

     f.   Additional report required by

     g.   Report required by subsection l.
