17:13-73.6 - Reserve requirements
17:13-73.6. Reserve requirements The corporate central credit union shall be exempt from the regular reserve requirements of this act, but shall be required to establish and maintain a reserve to meet losses, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the commissioner.
