17:16U-3.  Report deemed privileged3.A voluntary compliance review report shall be privileged and neither it nor its existence shall be discoverable or admissible as evidence in any legal action or administrative proceeding of any nature involving the depository institution or an affiliate of the depository institution, except as provided in section 5 or 6 of this act.
