17:25-7 - Escheat of deposit after twenty years
17:25-7. Escheat of deposit after twenty years If, within twenty years after the deposit, no claim or demand is made by the owner of the scrip or certificates, the money so deposited for the benefit of the owner shall thereupon escheat to the state of New Jersey.
