17:48F-24  Inapplicability of C.17B:32A-1 et seq.24.A prepaid prescription service organization shall not be subject to the "New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act," P.L.1991, c.208 (C.17B:32A-1 et seq.), and the New Jersey  Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to that act shall not provide protection to any individuals entitled to receive prescription services from a prepaid prescription service organization.
