18A:27-12 - Notice of acceptance; deadline
18A:27-12. Notice of acceptance; deadline If the teaching staff member desires to accept such employment he shall notify the board of education of such acceptance, in writing, on or before June 1 in which event such employment shall continue as provided for herein. In the absence of such notice of acceptance the provisions of this article shall no longer be applicable.
