18A:38-7.11 - Definition

18A:38-7.11. Definition      As used in this act, "multi-district federal enclave" means a contiguous piece of federal property which is located entirely or partially within the geographic boundaries of a county of the second class with a population of not less than 315,000 and not more than 400,000 according to the 1980 federal decennial census and which federal property is located within more than one school district.
